In 2012 I stumbled across the self storage industry and opened my first site in Beverley Soon after opening my first site I started documenting everything I learnt on my journey with a podcast. I was totally honest on the podcast, telling listeners my revenue, conversions and even profit … 800 episodes in and I still love recording days My proudest moments are when I hear from listeners and readers of my newsletter saying how I have helped them open their first site or helped them increase their revenue and profitability because of the systems we use Since 2012 I have opened a further 6 sites all across Britain (hitting England, Wales and Scotland).
